Terms of Service

By creating a CAMPANLY account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. One person or business per account. We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse or rule violations.

2. Campaigns

Campaign owners must fund campaigns before publishing and describe tasks honestly. Rewards are reserved from the funded budget and paid only when a submission is approved.

3. Submissions

Submitted content must be your own, real and compliant with the rules of the social platform it is posted on. Fake engagement, bots or stolen content lead to rejection and possible suspension.

4. Wallet, fees and payouts

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Platform fees are shown before you pay. Withdrawals may require identity checks and can be held while a dispute or fraud review is open. Subscriptions are billed by card only.

5. Disputes

Either side may open a dispute. CAMPANLY Support reviews evidence and its decision on reward release or reversal is final within the platform.

6. Liability

CAMPANLY connects businesses and creators and is not responsible for the results of a campaign. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
