CAMPANLY processes personal data in line with the GDPR. This page explains what we collect and your rights.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, account type), profile information you choose to add, campaign and submission content, wallet and payment records, support conversations, and basic technical logs for security.

Why

To run the marketplace, pay rewards, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting obligations, and provide support.

Who we share with

Stripe for payments and payouts, our hosting and email providers, and authorities when legally required. We never sell your data.

Visibility

You control whether your social accounts and portfolio are visible in Settings → Privacy. Blocked users cannot see your profile details.

Retention

Financial records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Other data is deleted when you close your account, unless needed for an open dispute.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to processing, by writing to support@campanly.com.

We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No advertising trackers.
